Carnac and its numerous fine sandy beaches is the ideal seaside resort for family holidays.
This residence is located in the heart of Carnac Plage, at approximately 300m from the beach, 150m from a supermarket and 1000m from the shopping center. One parking place.
Apartment on 2 levels on the second floor – app. 60m² - Balcony with 2 sun lounger chairs and a low table – West orientation
1st level: Entrance. Living room with a couch, 3 armchairs, a flat screen television, opening on a balcony with 2 sun lounger chairs and a coffee table, west orientation. Dining room with a table and five chairs. Separate kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cupboards. Bathroom with shower, washbowl and washing machine. WC. Double bedroom (160 cm) with chest of drawers and bedside tables.
2nd level: Opened mezzanine with a single bed. 1 twin bedroom with sloping ceiling, a washbowl and a chest of drawers.
400€ deposit. To pay locally: Electricity (according to consumption low season) and local tax. Pets not accepted.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
