Apartment with sea view, located on the 1st floor, 50 m from Saint-Colomban beach. The village is 2.5 km away, the Beach Centre, its shops and services, and the Yacht Club are approximately 2 km away.
Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.

Entrance with clearance. Large living room, very bright with fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator freezer, combined oven/microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster).

Le lit de la chambre "parents" ne fait que 140, et surtout, la 2ème chambre propose des lits superposés de 80. Sans doutes très bien pour des enfants, mais pas pour 2 adultes.
