You will enjoy the Grande Plage of Carnac just a few steps from the residence. The shops and restaurants of the beach centre are 1300 m away by taking the promenade of the Boulevard de la Grande Plage. The supermarket is 200 m away, the Beaumer tennis courts are 300 m away and the town of Carnac-Ville is 2.5 km away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.
Apartment of 42m², located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, facing the sea. It comprises:
- A living room with a sofa, television, dining table with 4 chairs, bay window overlooking the balcony with unobstructed sea view;
- An open kitchen with living room, fully equipped: induction hobs, extractor hood, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster;
- A 1st bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm, storage wardrobe;
- A 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds, books and games for children;
- A bathroom with washing machine and electric towel rail.
- Separate toilet.
