Bonjour, le ravalement des façades des différents bâtiments de la résidence est en cours. Cela prend du temps mais tout devrait être comme neuf pour la fin 2025. Les espaces verts sont régulièrement entretenus, habituellement les occupants apprécient justement le parc de la résidence.
La situation de l'appartement, situé sur la principale avenue commerçante, est bien précisée dans le descriptif de l'annonce. Vous ne l'avez peut-être pas vu au moment de la réservation et nous en sommes navrés. Le cœur de Carnac-Plage est effectivement animé durant les vacances scolaires et jours fériés. La deuxième chambre, à l'arrière côté parking, est plus au calme. Nous n'avons pas eu connaissance de la présence de fourmis durant votre séjour, nous aurions pu vous apporter une solution rapidement. |

Ce que je regrette c'est le système de location du linge, il serait judicieux qu'il soit déposé dans les appartements c'est très lourds et encombrant . Si vous arrivez en train et que vous êtes loin de l'agence, c'est juste impossible.
