Description
In Bénodet, a seaside resort on the Cornouaille Coast, renowned for its beaches and tourist and family atmosphere; halfway between shops and the marina. Sea at 300 m. Small sandy beach at 700 m. Large sandy beach at 1.5 km. Shops at 500 m.
Lovely stone house, renovated in 2006. Particularly well-maintained interior, furnished and decorated with taste. Bright living room with beautiful integrated kitchen, leather lounge, antique furniture, bedrooms with harmonious tones on parquet flooring (two with a view of the Odet River and marina).
Enclosed 300 m² garden with a small courtyard at the front and tree-lined lawn at the back surrounded by low walls. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue. Central heating. Ironing board and table.
Independent 4-room house of 100 m² of living space.
Ground floor:
Living room with dining area and lounge area with armchairs.
Bar kitchen: cooker with 4 electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. Satellite TV.
First floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).
Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.
Second floor:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).
To be paid on site:
- Tourist tax not included
- End of stay cleaning (MANDATORY): €70 not included, to be paid on site.
- Deposit (not cashed): €300 (cheque or cash)
- Bed linen to bring or rent: €15/bed. Towels not provided.
- Heating included until May 11 and after October 12. Electricity charges included all year round.
- Pets not allowed.
