The Grande-Plage is approximately 900 m away, the activities of Centre-Plage, the village, its shops and market are all also less than a kilometre away. The bakery is 250 m away and the supermarket only 400 m away. All of Carnac is easily accessible by bicycle.
Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometres away.
Terraced house of 90m² comprising:
On the ground floor:
- Entrance to living area with lounge space (TV, convertible sofa-daybed 120*230 cm for additional single bed) and dining area;
- Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine);
- Bathroom with toilet;
- Storage under the stairs;
- Garage for storage, possibility of storing bicycles.
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 bed of 160 cm (2 mattresses of 80 cm), wardrobe;
- Bathroom with double washbasin, washing machine, WC.
