Located near the Kerderff Menhir, a historic megalithic monument, this stone country house nestled in the heart of a green setting is the ideal starting point for exploring the natural and cultural riches of the region. This terraced house is located at the western end of a stone-built complex. Within a vast wooded property, you will enjoy a peaceful location, between beach and forest. The shores of the Pô inlet are just 1.5 km away and Saint-Colomban beach is 3 km away. The accommodation is 1.5 km from the town of Carnac, 2.5 km from Plouharnel and their shops. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.

Fitted and equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
Living room facing south-west with large openings, a flat-screen television, a DVD player.
1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower cabin and washing machine.

First floor (slightly attic rooms):
