House located in Carnac, ideal for a family stay to discover the region, close to the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan and in the heart of the Quiberon Bay.
Shops and restaurants in the village are 700 m away, beaches, accessible by bike, are 2.5 km away, the shores of the Pô inlet and their oyster tastings are 1.5 km away. The house is set back from the road between Carnac and Plouharnel and allows easy access to the beaches of Sainte-Barbe and La Guérite, highly renowned among surfers.
Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.
House of approximately 190 m² on two levels. It includes:
On the ground floor:
- A large entrance with side table, benches and chairs, bookshelf, sideboard and chest of drawers;
- A fully equipped independent kitchen (cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle);
- A living room with dining table for 10 people, a lounge area with coffee table, sofa and armchairs;
- A bedroom with 140 cm bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, coffee table, chair, armchair;
- A bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet.
- A utility room with cloakroom, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the 1st floor:
- A room with a 140 cm bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, cheval mirror, desk;
- A room with bunk beds and a single bed;
- A room with a single bed and an adjoining room with 2 single beds;
- Small lounge with library on the landing;
- A bathroom, separate toilet.
Enclosed garden at the rear of the house, garden furniture, barbecue.
No television.
House capacity: 10 people - Wi-Fi - Possibility of parking in the courtyard.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €700 to be paid on site
Charges: electricity included from mid-May to early October, additional based on meter reading outside this period.
