On the ground floor:
- Entrance to a living room with a through lounge and dining area, television;
- Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob);
- Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower;
- Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer, possibility of storing pushchairs, bicycles or small nautical equipment.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 160 cm (2 mattresses of 80 cm);
- Bedroom 2: 2 nested beds of 90 cm that can be brought closer together, desk, storage cupboard;
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed of 140 cm, storage cupboard;
- Bathroom with double washbasin;
- Independent toilet.
- A spare bedroom with a 140 cm bed is fitted out above the garage.
Two terraces, pleasant small enclosed garden at the back of the house, garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, parasol.
