75m² ground floor, completely independent (the owners live upstairs with their own independent entrance), spacious and open onto a private terrace overlooking the lovely pool and offering panoramic views to the sea and the Cannes islands.
60 m² enclosed garden, shared. Private terrace with garden furniture, sun lounger and parasol.
Reserved parking in the garden. Pool to be shared with the apartment above, 8.5m x 4.8m.
The accommodation includes:
- Living room with seating and dining area, sofa, satellite TV with DVD player.
- Fitted kitchen-bar with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine.

Fixed electric heating. Ironing board and iron.
