La Trinité-sur-Mer is a renowned marina in the heart of Quiberon Bay.
The house is located in a quiet environment, 800 m from the port and its shops (900 m from the supermarket). A small beach is 1.5 km away, Kervillen beach is 2.5 km away.
Carnac and its famous megalith alignments are 4 km away. The town of Auray, its train station, as well as the charming port of Saint-Goustan, about 12 km away, are easily accessible.
Contemporary house with enclosed garden with generous volumes. The house has 4 bedrooms and a large living room. It is ideal for a holiday, with friends or family and to discover the bay of Quiberon and its beaches.
On the ground floor:
- Entrance open by bay window from the garden.
- Bright living area with sofa, armchairs, large open kitchen and dining area. All lit by large bay windows opening onto the terrace and the garden.
- Laundry room with washer and dryer.
- Clearance to bedrooms with storage closets.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190, garden access by glass door.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90 x 190, garden access by glass door, shelves and wardrobe.
- Bathroom with shower in flat tray and bath, washbasin, electric towel dryer.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Access to floor by open stairwell, bright landing serving:
Bedroom 3, room under the roofs with nice height under ceiling: bed 140 x 200, pair of armchairs.
Bedroom 4, room under the roofs with nice height under ceiling and large opening (no occultation possible) overlooking a terrace: bed of 160 x 200 cm, desk, library, dresser.
Bathroom with Italian shower, vanity, electric towel dryer.
Separate toilet.
Outdoors:
- West facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, umbrella.
Capacity of the house : 8 people.

City gas heating system.
Arrival: 4 pm-6 pm Please inform in case of late arrival.
Deposit: 800 € to pay on site
Charges: Gas included from mid-May to early October, in addition on meter reading outside this period.

Merci pour votre partage d'expérience. La maison est équipée d'une box internet. Le code communiqué était erroné mais le problème a été résolu, vous permettant d'avoir accès au réseau Wifi. Il s'agit d'une maison de vacances avec une installation Wisee more
