Coastal paths are less than 2 km away. The beautiful Saint-Pierre beach, 4 km away, is easily accessible via the cycle path that passes near the house. The town of Locmariaquer, its shops, as well as its port with boats heading to the Gulf and the Ponant islands are 3.5 km away. The nearest supermarket is approximately 3 km away.
Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.

On the ground floor:
- Living/dining area: sofa, coffee table, armchair, television, sideboard, dining table with 6 chairs;
- Open-plan kitchen: 4-ring gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster;
