Traditional Breton house with a simple and spacious layout, pleasant for holidays; facing south and open onto a large garden bordered by hedges, conducive to games and relaxation.
Sea and sandy beach 6km away. Shops 1.5km away. Nearest town: Pont L'Abbé 16km.
1700m² private garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue. Parking. Garage. Electric heating. Ironing board and iron.
Independent 4-room house of 120m² comprising:
On the ground floor:
- Living room: dining area, living room with armchairs. TV.
- Independent kitchen: dining area, 4-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher. Washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with double bed and duvet.
- Toilet. Bathroom.
Upstairs (the staircase to access it is in the garage):
- 1 bedroom with double bed and blanket.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and blankets.
- Toilet with washbasin.
Maximum capacity: 6 people

"Vacances idéales en Bretagne. Maison spacieuse, hyper fonctionnelle, au calme, dans la campagne, à deux pas des commerces et de la mer, séjour au frais, avec le climat Breton qu’on affectionne tant. Propriétaire très accueillante et sympathique. Maison des années 70-80 (déco un peu vintage, moquette à l’étage), petite madeleine de Proust pour nous. Pour répondre à certains commentaires, il faut savoir qu’une maison à l’ancienne sans VMC s’aère tous les jours et il n’y a aucun problème: la maison n’est est en aucun cas « insalubre » comme on a pu le lire ailleurs. Par ailleurs, la literie est très bien, matelas King size au rez-de-chaussée, très ferme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournerons avec plaisir." Coralie - Booking - 18/08/2024
