Classified house 3*, located in Saint-Philibert, 100 m from the river Crac'h and the coastal path. The latter leads you, 500 m, to a small cove for swimming.
Kernevest Beach, 2 km away, is accessible by a beautiful coastal road. The port of La Trinité Sur Mer and its shops are 2 km away. At only 400 m, a tasting of oysters live from the producer, will allow you to enjoy the fresh products of the sea.
From the terrace of the house, you will enjoy a view of the river Crac'h and the banks of the Trinity-sur-Mer.
Tennis court common to the residence and playground for children.

- Large entrance with stairs leading upstairs, wardrobe;
- Living room with dining area and lounge area with armchairs, sofa, television, home cinema
- Separate fully equipped kitchen with double stainless steel sink, induction hob, hood, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, microwave;
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm, television, closet with wardrobe, wardrobe;

- Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps, large cupboard (stainless steel door, table and iron), large wardrobe, television, sofa bed, chair and cot available.
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds of 80 x 190 cm, bedside table, wardrobe, table and 2 child chairs;
- Bedroom 4 (overlooking the cove of the Crac'h River): 140 cm bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, television, desk with chair;
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, storage, hairdryer, electric towel dryer;
- WC.
Private terrace overlooking the pleasure garden of the residence.

D’autres locataires ont noté le calme et la discrétion du voisinage. Nous avons eu l’occasion de tester la connexion Wifi et n’avons pas rencontré de problème. Comme nous vous l’avons conseillé en agence durant votre passage, une réinitialisation de la box devait être nécessaire. La salle de bain du bas est effectivement petite en revanche nous ne comprenons pas sur quels standards vous vous basez pour juger la cuisine petite. Nous ne manquerons pas de communiquer vos pistes d’améliorations aux propriétaires, notamment concernant la literie et l’ajout d’un rideau ou pare-douche. |
