- Open-plan kitchen area with living room: fridge with freezer, coffee makers (electric + Senseo), kettle, toaster, 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave
- Living area with TV, 2 sofa beds in 140cm, table, chairs
- Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin with 1 sink, WC, storage
- Balcony with table and chairs

Maximum 4 people, ideal for 3.
Heated collective swimming pool from early April to mid-September.

Located in Carnac-Plage, in the second floor of a residential complex, 300 meters from the beach Beaumer/ Men Dû, 150m from the supermarket and 1000m from the city centre of Carnac-Plage.
Studio apartment (25 sqm) and an attic room upstairs in duplex, a balcony, Main exposure south.
- Living room with a T.V, a Hi fi system, a convertible sofa for 2 people, 1 Sofa/Meridian Sofa, Bay window opening to the balcony with garden furniture.
- Equipped Kitchen in a corner of the room: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, a Dishwasher, a Coffee machine and Nespresso Machine, Toaster.
- Bathroom: Bathtub, Wash-basin, Washing machine. Separated Toilets
- Attic room upstairs for a bedroom (access by the stairs from the Living room). Can be used as extra bedding for a Teenager.
