The accommodation is 1.5 km from the Centre-Plage and its entertainment, 2.5 km from the village of Carnac. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers.

- A large living room with lounge area (sofas, armchairs, television) and dining area;

- Independent toilet;
- Storage.
At the 2nd level:
- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, storage, dressing table;
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds of 80 cm, storage, cot with mattress.
