Apartment in a residence with swimming pool, located 450 m from the popular beach of Légenèse. The centre of Carnac-Plage and its shops are about 1 km away, the supermarket and the village of Carnac are 1.5 km away. Tennis courts are also 200 m away.
Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers.
Duplex apartment of 50 m², located on the 1st floor. It offers a large balcony terrace facing south, ideal to enjoy the sun.
It includes, at the 1st level:
- A living room with lounge area, television, bay window opening onto the balcony;
- An open kitchen equipped with oven, hob, hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machin
– A dining area;
- A bedroom with 160 cm bed, storage;
- A bathroom;
- Independent toilets.
Upstairs:
- A second bedroom with 1 bed 80cm and 1 trundle bed 80 cm (sleeps 2), dresser, sink.
