Studio of 27 m² located a few 350 m from the beaches of Ty-Bihan and Légenèse. The beach centre of the resort and its shops are 1200 m away, the Yacht Club and numerous nautical activities are 750 m away. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away. Auray and its station are about fifteen kilometres away.
This accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, it includes:
- Balcony-terrace with garden furniture, awning.
- Living room with BZ sofa (140 cm), armchair, television, table for 4 people;
- Entrance corridor with 2 bunk beds, large storage cupboard;
- Separate kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster; - Shower room with WC.
Accommodation capacity of the apartment: 3 to 4 people
No private parking, possibility of parking in the nearby street.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €300 to be paid on site.
Charges: electricity included from mid-May to early October, additional based on meter reading outside this period.

It is situated in the centre of Carnac beach, in immediate proximity to the thalassotherapy centre and nautical base, and approximately 200m from the beach, 500m from the shopping centre and 1.5km from a supermarket.
