In the area of the thalassotherapy center, this ground-floor apartment is located in a nice apartment complex in immediate vicinity of the thalassotherapy center, the nautical base and 150m from the beach, 500m from the shopping district of Carnac.
Private parking space. Electric heating.

Small entrance leading to the open kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator. The kitchen opens onto the living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a television, sliding glass doors to the terrace with outdoor furniture. The terrace opens on a small private garden. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separated WC. Bedroom with 2 single beds (does not close with a door).
300 € deposit. Charges to pay locally: visitors’ tax, electricity (according to consumption low season or 10€/week high season).
