Auray and his station are about 15 kilometres away.
Duplex apartment of 35 m², located on the 1st floor. This property includes:
- Living room entrance with sofa, TV, table, chairs,
- Equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob inductions 2 burners, fridge-freezer, kettle coffee maker, toaster, washing machine),
- South facing covered balcony with nice sea view, table, two armchairs,
- Room with 140 bed.
- Shower room with toilet.
- Large mezzanine with 2 twin beds of 80 cm and single bed of 80 cm.
